Fiery, Summer Wedding in Toledo, Ohio

A December meeting turned into nine months of planning a beautiful evening celebrating Jennifer + Andy. I still giggle thinking about the first time we all met. Jennifer showed up on time and we waited patiently for mom, Sherri, who was a bit late to our meeting. It was all completely worth the wait though because Sherri’s infectious smile and warm hug made up for those few minutes! I LOVE getting to know parents of our couples, it just brings more beauty to this whole process. We didn’t mind waiting, we enjoyed chatting about the venue and Jenn’s vision for her day. Time was of the essence as we had less than a year to plan the day of her dreams.

We sped through nine months of planning and successfully arrived on August 10th, 2024. A day of true natural beauty as we were blessed with a banner summer day. Not too hot, just enough sunshine and loads of people loving on this sweet couple. The color choices were just as hot and beautiful as the summer day we had. Rich reds, fiery oranges and pops of sunflowers felt just like summer to me. The details were well thought out and the floral designs were out of this world beautiful! Jenn was absolutely stunning in her bridal gown and Andy was the handsome groom waiting at the end of the aisle for his bride. The personal touches that this family brought to the day were so very special. From Aunt Jen who became their officiant just days after the couple asked her to marry them to Andy creating a custom bar sign that was a showstopper (note: future brides…reach out to me and I’ll put you in touch with him to help you create an incredible bar display!) to the secret video both families created full of love and well-wishes for the new couple. Every moment was truly incredible. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to remind me that this actually is my real “job”. Until next time…
